Aspiring Leaders are mid-career scientists that have already their own
labs, a small team and started to win their own research support.
As we did in DELGEME they will receive funding that allow them
to be paired with a renowned scientist who will be their mentor and
coach them for their leadership development. They will receive funding
to visit their mentor for extended periods, test new directions, participate
to international policy meetings, attend formal leadership development
courses etc.
